Booth Etiquette

Respect the Flow of Traffic

Guests arrive at the booth to "claim their prize."

Then, guests can meet with our specialists if available.

Float Around Booth When On-Shift

The booths are small and will not accommodate reps and guests. Take conversations and lead gathering 10-15 feet away from the booth so guests can talk with our specialists and claim prizes.

You are not required to stay at the booth during your shift.

Engage with Every Bystander

When you are on booth duty (and off-duty), you should be engaging with every passerby. Do not let good leads pass you by.

Do Not Leave Belongings in Booth

Belongings must be kept on your person at all times.

FAQ

FOR ATTENDEES

What does a Miami Expo ticket include?

As a DREAMS Business Resources ticket holder, you have the opportunity to participate as a fellow show vendor at The Business Show - Miami. Your ticket grants you valuable time at each of the three presented vendor booths. Additionally, each ticket holder will be provided with a grey polo team shirt. Furthermore, 120 postcards will be printed and distributed, along with the polos, in Miami before the show.

FAQ image

What should I wear?

Embrace the DREAM Team look! In Miami, you'll receive a grey polo-style shirt bearing the DREAMS logo (pictured right). Tailor your attire to suit your style, whether it's professional or casual, to harmonize with your team shirt. Comfortable shoes are advisable.

Team polos, however, are not required.

FAQ image

Will I be able to charge my phone at the show?

Anticipate extended hours (8 - 12) away from outlets to charge your devices.

No designated charging stations will be available for phones and computers.

It's recommended to bring your personal power bank for convenience.

FAQ image

Where can I store personal belongings?

The vendor booths have limited and unsupervised space. It is advised to keep personal items with you. Consider using backpacks or over-the-shoulder fanny packs as convenient options to keep your personal items accessible.

FAQ image

Where do I pick up my exhibitor badge?

Your ticket purchase ensures your designation as a DREAMS Business Resources Exhibitor at The Business Show. Upon arrival at the Miami Beach Convention Center, follow the signs for Exhibitor Badge pickup to claim your badge.

As a registered vendor, you can pick it up as early as 8:00 a.m. Doors open to the public at 10:00 a.m.

FAQ image

I had planned on getting a scanner from The Business Show. Do I need one? And how do I get it?

There are three ways to collect a lead's information:

  1. The Business Show Scanner: $125

Every attendee will have a badge provided by The Business Show with their contact information hidden in a QR code scannable only by The Business Show scanners. The only way to capture their contact information (from their Expo badge) is to use the Expo's scanners. Contact Customer Support if you want this option.

  2. Digital Business Card: Included in your Marketing Package

Set up your Digital Business Card, download the app, and easily capture any lead's contact information or business card.

  3. DREAMS Win-a-Prize Lanyard: Free

Ask leads to scan the QR code on your DREAMS badge with their phone and input their information. Then direct them to our booths to claim their prize, where they will be able to talk with our leading product experts.
